Andre O’Neal Jr. was born August 1, 1978 with a unique anointing over his life. He was baptized in Jesus' name according to Acts 2:38 at the age of 8 and filled with the Holy Ghost. Pastor Andre married the beautiful First Lady LaJava O'Neal in 2007. Together they have 3 beautiful children, Andre III, Kaitlynn and Kylie O'Neal. Pastor O'Neal was called to the Ministry and yielded to the voice of the Lord in 2009. He is a phenomenal leader, teacher, and preacher of the Word of God. Pastor Andre believes in effectively training and raising up disciples for Christ. He actively participates in outreach, teaching discipleship classes, youth services and classes, counseling, leadership sessions, social media engagement, and brotherhood ministry. He is the newly elected Youth Chairman for the Western Regional States Council of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Intl. Pastor Andre is the founder and manager of the Invasion Tour, where he gathers Gospel musicians and Christian Hip-Hop artist from across the globe to travel and tour the world for the glory of Christ Jesus, in an effort to reach souls through the powerful gift of music and outreach. 

Pastor Andre began his musical career at a tender age. He has toured throughout the country with well-known gospel artist such as Fred Hammond, Andy Mineo, Flame, Kierra Sheard, Bizzle and many others. Elder O'Neal served faithfully under the leadership of his grandfather Bishop Lewis D. Stallworth at Greater Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Stockton, CA. where he was born and raised. Pastor Andre attended Christian Life College, Sacramento City College and South Mountain Community College. He became the Pastor of Word of God Ministries in Phoenix, AZ under the leadership of his father Bishop Andre O’Neal Sr. He pastored there for 2 years and moved the ministry along with many followers to Stockton, CA. In 2012 the Lord called Pastor Andre back to Phoenix, AZ. where he sat under the leadership of  Pastor Nancy P. Jones of Shiloh Apostolic Church. He faithfully ministered until the Lord gave the next assignment. In 2014 the Lord gave direction and Pastor Andre opened the doors to Free to Worship Ministries. Pastor Andre O'Neal is a servant, talented, humble and powerful man of God. He enjoys winning souls for the Kingdom, his family, and worshipping our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
